Adding an Employee Photo

To help you identify the correct employee when browsing employee profiles, you can add photos of each employee.


  1. Acquire a photo of the employee with a resolution no larger than 100 x 100.

  2. Open the photo in an image editor.

  3. Press Ctrl+a.

  4. Press Ctrl+c.

  5. Open Millennium and log in as normal.

  6. Select Data > Employees > Employee Information.

The Employee Information window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  2. Select the employee and click the Maintenance tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Double-click the Photo box above the Classification list.

The Photo Size warning displays.

  1. Click OK.

The Photo Selector window displays.

  1. Select File > Paste.

The photo displays on the Photo Selector window.

  1. Click Save twice.

The photo displays in the employee's profile.
