Punching In

• Punching In for Work When Millennium is Not Open

  1. Double-click the Millennium icon on the desktop or select Start > All Programs > Harms Software Inc > Millennium.

  The Login window displays.

  2. Type your login credentials and press Enter, or scan your employee ID card in the bar code scanner.

  The Please Punch In message displays.

  3. Click OK.

  The Employee Timeclock window displays.

  4. Complete one of the following based on the scenario:

  • If the Password field displays, type your login password and press Enter or scan your employee ID card in the bar code scanner.

  • If the Password field does not display, press Enter.

  5. Click Punch-In.
  6. Click Ok.

  The Welcome message displays.

  7. Click OK.

  8. Click Close.

  The Status window displays.

  9. Click Continue.

   

• Punching In for Work When Millennium is Open

  1. Press F11 or click on the toolbar.

  The Employee Timeclock window displays.

  2. Complete one of the following based on the scenario:

  • If the Password field displays, type your login password and press Enter or scan your employee ID card in the bar code scanner.

  • If the Password field does not display, press Enter.

  3. Click Punch-In.
  4. Click Ok.

  The Welcome message displays.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click Close.

  The Status window displays.

  7. Click Continue.

   

• Punching In from a Break

  1. Press F11 or click on the toolbar.

  The Employee Timeclock window displays.

  2. Complete one of the following based on the scenario:

  • If the Password field displays, type your login password and press Enter or scan your employee ID card in the bar code scanner.

  • If the Password field does not display, press Enter.

  3. Click Break-In.
  4. Click Close.
