Viewing Appointments Across All Locations

The Call Center Booking interface allows you to view the appointments for a service provider across all locations..


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. Locate the column for the service provider, right-click on their name and select Employee's Global Appointments.

The service provider's appointments for the next 7 days across all locations display.

  1. Complete the following as necessary:
