Viewing Appointments Across All Locations

The Call Center Booking interface allows you to view the appointments for a service provider across all locations..

1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

2. Locate the column for the service provider, right-click on their name and select Employee's Global Appointments.

The service provider's appointments for the next 7 days across all locations display.

3. Complete the following as necessary:

• View the appointments for a different date range

  1. Select the date range for which to view appointments.

  2. Click Show Appointments.

   

• View the appointments for a different service provider

  1. Select the service provider in the Employee field.

  2. Click Show Appointments.
