Work tickets provide clients with an itinerary of their appointments for the day. Work tickets also allow service providers to document changes between the scheduled services and the services actually performed.
Notes:
If you want to print all of an employee's work tickets for a certain day, run the AQ020: Client Work Tickets report. Refer to the Reports User Guide for instructions on how to run this report.
Click on the toolbar.
The Appointment Monitoring Station displays with today's appointments.
Tip: If you are printing the work ticket the day before the appointment, change the entry in the Date field to the appointment date.
Select the client's appointment.
Click Print.
If the Work Ticket Options window displays, select the size of work ticket you want to print and click Ok.
If the Page Setup window displays, click OK, select a printer, and click Print.
