Configuring Membership Preferences

  1. Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.

The Business Information window displays.

  1. Click Edit and click the Preferences tab.
  2. Select "Register" in the Category field.
  3. Move to the Preferences list and make selections using the following table as a guide:

Default Membership Commission Split to FULL

Select if you usually pay two employees full commission for selling a membership.

Select if you do not usually pay full commission to two employees for selling a membership.

Only Allow Pre-Paid Pkgs to be Used by Recipient.  No Sharing

Select to prevent clients from sharing the prepaid services in their membership with other clients.

Select to allow clients to share the prepaid services in their membership with other clients.

Pre-Paids can be used on any items with same package price

Select to allow clients to redeem a prepaid service from a membership to pay for a different service, if the value of the prepaid is the same as the package price for the service.

Select to allow clients to redeem a prepaid service to pay for the same service.

  1. Click Save.
