When you assign a document to a membership, the Documentation Control window displays once you sell a membership. This allows you to print a hard copy or send the document by email.
Select Data > Memberships > Membership Definitions.
The Membership Definitions window displays.
Click the Listing tab.
Select the membership, click the Maintenance tab, and click the Docs and Forms tab.
Click Edit.
Click Edit Membership Document Selections.
The Select Membership Documents to Print window displays.
Select the document to assign to the membership.
Click Move >.
Click Ok.
Click Save.
