Complete one of the following:
Swipe the client's card in the card reader.
Type the card details.
Click Ok.
Important: If you have the Do Not Store Credit Card Numbers in Millennium option selected on the Business Information window, Millennium uploads the card details to Element's PCI DSS compliant storage facility. Element then sends an account token containing the last four digits of the card number and the expiration date for the card to Millennium. This account token allows you use the client's credit card for payment during ring up without the need to store sensitive cardholder data in Millennium.
Tip: On windows where you can type a client's name, the following icon displays to indicate the client's credit card is on file.
