Entering a Formula/Visit Note

You can enter formulas and visit notes in a client's profile for reference when the client returns for their next appointment.


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointments for window displays.

  1. In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.

  1. Right-click on the client's name and select View/Edit Formulas.

The Formulas window displays.

  1. Click New.

  2. Complete the following:

  1. In the Last Used field, select the date of the appointment to which the formula/visit note pertains.

  2. In the Type field, select a relevant formula/visit note type.

  3. In the Employee field, select the employee that performed the service.

  4. In the Formula/Visit Note field, type the details that you want to record.

  1. Click Save.
