Attaching a Photo

You can attach photos to a client's profile so that employees can reference the photos before the client's next appointment.

Tip:  You should create a common folder called "Client Photos" on the computer where you have the Millennium database located.  This allows you to keep all of the photos you upload to client profiles together in the same location.


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointments for window displays.

  1. In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.

  1. Right-click on the client's name and select Edit View/This.

The client's profile displays.

  1. Click the Docs & Media tab.

  2. Click Photos.

The Client Media window displays.

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Click Attach New File.

The Please select the new file to link window displays.

  1. Select the photo.

  2. Click OK.

The photo uploads to the Client Media window.

  1. Click Save.

Tip:  To view the photo, repeat Steps 1-5.
