The final step is to configure security settings for the Fidelio interface.
Access Millennium with an administrator account.
Select Management > Security Administration.
The Security Administration window displays.
Select "HOTEL INTERFACE" in the Main Topic field.
Select "HOTEL INTERFACE" in the Sub Topic field.
Select "EDIT PMS ITEMIZER DEFINITIONS" in the Specific field.
In the Security Groups list, select Allow next to the security groups that need access to change the Fidelio interface settings on the Business Information window.
Click Apply.
Select "VIEW REMAINING CREDIT" in the Specific field.
In the Security Groups list, select Allow next to the security groups that need to view the amount of credit remaining on a guest's folio.
Click Apply.
The setup of the Fidelio interface is now complete.
