If a client no longer wishes to have their credit card details stored on file, you can delete the client's credit card details using the following steps.
Click
on the toolbar.
The Appointments for window displays.
In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.
The client's details display.
Right-click on the client's name and select Credit Cards.
The Credit Card Information window displays.
Select the credit card you want to delete.
Click Delete Card.
Click Yes.
Click Ok.
If you have the Do Not Store Credit Card Numbers in Millennium option selected on the Business Information window, Millennium deletes the credit card details from the client's profile and Element deletes the credit card details from their PCI DSS compliant storage facility.
If you do not have the Do Not Store Credit Card Numbers in Millennium option selected on the Business Information window, Millennium deletes the credit card details from the client's profile.
