2.9 - Test the Connection to Central Office

The final step is to test the connection between the Millennium database and the Central Office database at each location.

Notes:  


  1. Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.

The Business Information window displays.

  1. Click the Preferences tab and click the CO tab.
  1. Click Test Connection.
  1. Repeat Steps 1-3 in Millennium at every location.

Once you complete the test successfully at each location, the setup is complete and Central Office is ready to use.

Important:  Once the setup is complete, you need to define user logins for the employees that require access to Central Office.  Refer to the Security topic for instructions.
