1.8 - Install the Central Office Data Uploader Service

The next step is to install the Central Office Data Uploader Service.

Notes:  

• You must install the Central Office Data Uploader Service on the server where you installed the Central Office database.

• You must access Windows with an administrator account to complete this step.

1. Insert the Central Office installation DVD.

2. Click Install Millennium CO Server Components.

3. Click Install Millennium CO Upload Service.

The installation wizard displays.

4. Click Next.

The License Agreement screen displays.

5. Read the license agreement, select I Agree, and click Next.

The Select Installation Folder screen displays.

6. Click Next.

The Confirm Installation screen displays.

7. Click Next.

The Installation Complete screen displays once the installation finishes.

8. Click Close.

The Configuration window displays.

9. Complete the following based on the scenario:

• You have Online Booking and RemoteBusiness installed on the server

  1. Type "C:\Inetpub\Millennium 2005\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Upload\" in the Upload Directory field.

  2. Type "C:\Inetpub\Millennium 2005\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Download\" in the Download Directory field.

  3. Select Enable Log.

   

• You have Online Booking installed on the server

  1. Type "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\OnlineBooking\SiteStatus\Upload\" in the Upload Directory field.

  2. Type "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\OnlineBooking\SiteStatus\Download\" in the Download Directory field.

  3. Select Enable Log.

   

• You have RemoteBusiness installed on the server

  1. Type "C:\Inetpub\Millennium 2005\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Upload\" in the Upload Directory field.

  2. Type "C:\Inetpub\Millennium 2005\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Download\" in the Download Directory field.

  3. Select Enable Log.

   

• You do not have Online Booking or RemoteBusiness installed on the server

  1. Type "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Upload\" in the Upload Directory field.

  2. Type "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MillenniumCO\SiteStatus\Download\" in the Download Directory field.

  3. Select Enable Log.

   

10. Click OK.
11. Click Yes.
12. Click here to proceed with the next step of the setup.
